Fill with cold water for immediate cooling, chill it in the fridge, or freeze it for a deeper, longer-lasting cold. Then place it around the neck, shoulders, wrists, palms, face or legs.

Its long, flexible chambered design helps cool several key contact areas at once, without batteries, plugs or gels.
