YUYU, the perfect way to relax!

What do you do when your central nervous system is going haywire so you can’t get comfy enough to sleep at 3am ? A bit of yoga to calm my central nervous system then curl up with my @yuyubottle & kindle. Fingers crossed that will settle my body enough to sleep.
