How to fill your ICE Recovery Bottle

  • Fill with water (recommended) and freeze
  • Volume of water can be experimental although under 1 litre is recommended 
  • Close zip locks and place in plastic bag when in freezer
  • Made with breathable & recycled Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
  • Biodegradable (3-5 years on landfill)
